Robin, founder of HH Mortgage, LLC and HH Real Estate & Mortgage, LLC, based in Charleston,SC , is a 10 year Veteran in the real estate and mortgage industry. Robin grew up in Charleston, and graduated from Webster University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management. Robin’s passion for homeownership and affordable housing helped launch her career in the real estate and mortgage industry.
Robin has the opportunity to serve as the Broker in Charge for 6 of the best real estate professionals in the area. Her goal is to build and maintain effective relationships with our clients by providing market knowledge, technology and resources required to effectively meet their needs.
With years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, Robin has the experience and product knowledge to find you the mortgage with the lowest rate, and with the best terms for your personal financial situation.

As an independent Mortgage Broker, Robin has access to several lenders to find the best deal for you. I work for you. I get paid by the lender we place the mortgage with, and you, the client do not pay me anything.

Nathaniel Bryant , Nate the Great, is a Managing partner of HH Real Estate & Mortgage. With over 10 years in the industry, Nathaniel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to company.

After serving 21 years in the US Army, Nate retired and returned to his hometown of Charleston, SC . Nate , graduated from Webster University with a Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, and a Master’s degree in Business Security.

As a military veteran, Nate understands the life of a soldier and knows firsthand how important housing is to all families, especially the military families. Nate’s passion for military families has helped launched the HH Real Estate and Mortgage “Veterans Campaign”

My name is TerShuna Williams. I come to you as a License Realtor with two years of experience. Ten years ago, Real Estate became a passion for me when I embarked upon the journey to purchasing my first home. During the home purchasing process, I was left feeling alone. Due to this hardship I experienced, I made a promise to myself to master the concept of the Real Estate world and to help anyone in need so they would not experience the feeling I encountered. I truly believe that experience and knowledge goes hand and hand and this has molded me into becoming a successful Realtor today. Although the Real Estate Market is continuously changing, I will be there step by step through the process never leaving you feeling alone.

Within my educational background, I received my Real Estate License from Charleston Real Estate School. Currently I am continuing my education at Charleston Trident Association of Realtor with future goals on becoming a Broker. I am currently a member of NAR, SCAR, and CTAR association of Realtor.
